I want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not happy for any reason, please get in contact via my Etsy page. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the condition received. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To prevent tarnish as much as possible, I recommend that you store your fine jewellery in a safe, dry place when engaging in the following activities:
Household and outdoor chores, Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean. Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics. Exercising at the gym or during contact sports. Preparing meals. It’s strongly advised to keep your treasured pieces stored safely in a small plastic sleeve when not being worn and to not sleep in your jewellery, especially the more delicate items.
